This is a beautiful vintage reproduction ring.  The sterling silver filigree holds an ~20 carat simulated swiss blue topaz gemstone.  The man-made gemstone has perfect swiss blue color and amazing clarity. The flawless high-quality square-cut gemstone is 18mm square. The stone and setting rise about 1/2" off the finger. The inside of the band is marked 925 for sterling silver.
